John Mayer Proclaims His Love For 'My Katy' From The Stage
July 7 2013, Published 4:45 p.m. ET
John Mayer opened his new Born & Raised Tour Saturday night in Milwaukee with a tribute to girlfriend Katy Perry.
Mayer called Perry "more incredible than I ever thought" as he described how Katy would talk for him early in their dating, when he was recovering from throat surgery and wasn't allowed to speak.
Mayer didn't mention the pair's brief break-up in March. They've been back on, stronger than ever it seems, for over a month.

Mayer's dedication to Perry came in the final song of his show.
Introducing his new tune, A Face To Call Home, he said "To Katy, who is my face to call home."
Katy was reportedly in the audience for the lovefest.
