John Dickerson Takes Over For Charlie Rose After CBS Sexual Harassment Scandal

John Dickerson will take over Charlie Rose's position on CBS This Morning! As RadarOnline.com has learned from Deadline reports, the network confirmed that the Face the Nation anchor joining Norah O'Donnell and Gayle King as co-hosts full time beginning this Wednesday, January 10.
"John's impressive track record and strong all-around journalism extends our commitment to real news coverage every morning at CBS News," said CBS News boss David Rhodes in a statement. "Gayle and Norah continue to show tremendous leadership on our morning broadcast each day. Colleagues, newsmakers and peers all appreciate the depth and context John Dickerson brings to every discussion of the day's events – together with his co-hosts, he will project our best values on every broadcast."
49-year-old Dickerson's involvement marks a fresh start to the morning show's sixth year.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Charlie Rose, 76, was fired from CBS in November after eight women came forward to accuse him of sexual harassment.
