'Let's Fight!' Teresa & Joe Giudice's Daughter Rips Judge's Decision To Deport Father
Teresa and Joe Giudice's oldest daughter, Gia, is breaking her silence after RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed an immigration judge ordered him to be deported upon his release from prison.
The 17-year-old took to her Instagram and posted a video of comedian Fred Rubino who argued against the judge's decision.
"Just saw on the news that Joe Giudice from the Housewives of New Jersey who's in jail right now for a white collar crime was told by a judge that when he's released he has to be deported back to Italy," Rubino, who refers to himself as "the voice of Italian Americans," said.
"This guy has been in the country since he was a baby! He only knows the United States. He has a family here with kids, and now we are going to deport him? And we are keeping hundreds of thousands of rapists and murderers from ICE, so that we don't deport them?" a furious Rubino questioned.
Gia then followed up and captioned the post: "spread the word, couldn’t have said it better myself.. ❤️?? I love you daddy, let’s fight this! @fredrubino"

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, on Monday, Judge John Ellington ordered the 56-year-old deported "based upon the law."
"I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge Ellington announced at the October 10 court hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court.
Needless to say, Giudice was shocked by the decision and pleaded with the judge to reconsider.
“I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case,” he stammered. “If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”
“I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me.”
Giudice has by November 9 to appeal the Judge's decision.
