Jodie Sweetin has been ordered to return to court after her third ex-husband accused her of refusing to submit to a drug test, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents obtained by Radar, the Fuller House star, 36, must show up on May 23 to fight claims she is in contempt of court.

Morty Coyle said Sweetin shunned the court’s previous order for her to undergo a hair follicle drug test, and pay his $10,000 attorney’s fees, which was due on March 15.

“Petitioner refused to comply with this Court’s Order,” Coyle's attorney said.

“Petitioner continues to violate and flout this Court’s Orders with impunity.”

In recent months, Coyle has questioned Sweetin’s sobriety, but the star insisted she has over six years sober from drugs and alcohol.

“I take my sobriety very seriously and would not do anything to jeopardize my commitment to sobriety,” she said in February.
