It’s War! David Otunga's Attorney Claims Jennifer Hudson Is 'Lying' About Abuse

Jennifer Hudson filed an emergency order of protection against ex David Otunga last night in Cook County, Illinois — accusing him of “increasingly aggressive, threatening and harassing behavior” towards her and their son, David Jr.
Now, just hours after Hudson was granted the order that forced her fiance of ten years out of their home and away from their 8-year-old child, the 37-year-old former pro wrestler’s attorney Tracy M. Rizzo is telling his side of the story to RadarOnline.com.
Regarding the Voice coach's allegations of verbal and physical abuse, “Jennifer is 100 percent lying," Rizzo claimed to RadarOnline.com. "David has never, ever laid a hand on her or their son."
The high-powered Chicago attorney alleged that the couple were living together and working out a custody agreement after splitting earlier this year.
She claimed Hudson, 36, was "not happy" with the negotiations.
“We were trying to resolve things so that it did not get to this point. He wanted to be amicable. But Jennifer has been wanting him out of the house for months and she was not happy with the terms of the agreement because she knew that her son wanted to be with his father," said Rizzo.
“Jennifer chose to take this route instead. David will get custody of their son. My client needs to do what he needs to do to get his son back now.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Hudson filed the petition “ex parte,” or without Otunga’s knowledge, because “if given notice, he will physically harm me, continually harass me, and/or take actions against my property, or seek to sequester my son, David Jr.”
“I am now living in fear of further actions David might take,” the Oscar winner added.
Rizzo vehemently denied all her allegations.
“My client is a Harvard Law grad. He has the calmest demeanor and has never gotten physical with anyone,” the lawyer insisted.
Hudson was granted temporary physical care and possession of David Jr., and the exes will return to court on December 7.
