She alleged her multi-millionaire ex used his position of power over her, leaving her to "grovel" and practically beg in order to see their children in court documents exclusively obtained by Radar.

Miller, a lawyer and entrepreneur who also heads the international hamburger chain CaliBurger, filed for divorce from Campbell on June 29, 2011 after six years of marriage.

Miller and Garner, 46, have been quietly dating for about six months.

US Weekly was first to break the news that Miller and Cassidy were officially divorced.

Miller, 40, and Campbell, 38, have two children together and they have been embroiled in a nasty court battle over their shared custody time with the kids.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court officials, Campbell and Miller agreed to finalize their divorce on Oct. 22, 2018, but the two were waiting on the judge to sign off on the documents.

According to the Oct. 22 court documents, Miller and Campbell finally came to an agreement concerning child support for their two children, as well as spousal support and attorney’s fees.

Campbell, who is a violinist, said in prior declarations that Miller was allegedly controlling and would use his position of power over her. Campbell also said she would practically beg Miller to see the children.

Miller responded that his ex traveled often because of her work, which made it difficult for them to schedule “make up” time for the children and Campbell.
