Jen Garner's Good Luck: New Boyfriend's Divorce Almost Over
Jennifer Garner's new boyfriend, John Miller, is getting closer to finalizing his divorce from his estranged wife, and now the multimillionaire entrepreneur is just waiting for a judge's signature to make it official, according to court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOline.com.
Miller is still in the process of divorcing his wife of six years, Caroline Campbell, but according to an affidavit filed on Oct. 22, both parties have come to an agreement regarding their property and their marriage and domestic partnership rights. Both have asked a judge to sign their proposed judgement and file it as a “uncontested action.”
Miller, a lawyer and entrepreneur who also heads the international hamburger chain CaliBurger, filed for divorce from Campbell on June 29, 2011. The businessman has been dating Garner for about six months.
According to Oct. 22 court documents, Miller and Campbell also came to an agreement concerning child support for their two children, as well as spousal support and attorney’s fees.
Until the judge signs that proposed agreement, however, Miller is still a married man. Los Angeles Superior Court officials confirmed to RadarOnline.com that a judge has yet to sign the final judgement.

Campbell, who is a violinist, said in prior declarations that Miller was allegedly controlling and would use his position of power over her. Campbell also said she would practically beg Miller to see the children.
Miller responded that his ex traveled often because of her work, which made it difficult for them to schedule "make up" time for the children and Campbell.
