Just when you thought The Real Housewives of New Jersey couldn't get any trashier, series regular Jacqueline Laurita used her pseudo-celebrity status get her boobs redone — free!

The 46-year-old grandmother felt out Ideal Implant, who agreed to cover the costs of the procedure — her fourth boob job! Earning her the title "The Queen of Celebrity Fake Boobs".

The generous folks even tossed in breast tissue reduction for the Bravo surgery queen, who's been in major financial trouble in recent years with hubby Chris.

Now Jacqueline has swapped her silicone D cups for safer saline-filled Cs — and no doubt she's sleeping better.

"I was always paranoid about popping silicone whenever I put any pressure on my chest," the breast-obsessed brunette has said.

The quirky perk has another benefit, according to Jacqueline, Chris thinks her new boobs "feel great."
