Heather Locklear’s been hiding out, and drying out, in rehab after being committed to a psych ward in June. But friends fear she’s exhibiting the same destructive behavior — including out-of-control jealousy — that got her rushed to treatment in the first place, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

“Heather is still crazy jealous and keeping tabs on her man even when she’s been away from him,” an insider claimed of the star and her fiance, Chris Heisser. “She’s still acting the same. She wants to know where he is, and who he’s with. And that’s what led to their fights before."

Part of the problem, said sources, is Locklear still has access to her phone to stay in touch with the outside world.

In addition to calling Heisser, the star has been trolling social media, and even liking friends' Instagram photos.

Now, her friends are worried her inpatient treatment isn't going to help her many issues.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the 56-year-old mom allegedly battered a cop and an EMT while "extremely" intoxicated in June.

That episode only came to a head after a fight with Heisser, a source told RadarOnline.com.

“Chris totally accommodates her and tells her his whereabouts and the people who are with him. He wants to make her feel better and more secure while she’s away," the source continued.

Friends of the couple think Heisser has his love's best interest at heart, but in the long run, appeasing her every wish isn’t the smartest idea.

“If he still feels the need to prove to her who he’s with and what he’s doing all the time, then it’s going to end up in another explosion right when she gets out," the source explained.

Tragically, the fallen ‘80s icon has had a string of meltdowns. She was already facing charges for battery on a police officer and resisting arrest after cops tried to break up a dispute with her beau in February.

Then, in early June, she was rushed to the hospital after threatening suicide following another fight with Heisser.

And if that’s not enough to think about, Locklear has another nightmare going on at her home in Westlake Village, California.

According to sources, her mansion has been destroyed after a freak flood from the sprinkler pipes.

“Half the place has been damaged and completely destroyed,” said the source. “Her living room, her bedroom, and her closet full of designer clothes, shoes and purses are a mess!”

The total monetary destruction is easily thousands of dollars.

“Her closet was ruined! She’s hoping after drying some of it out it that it’s not a total loss."
