Heather Locklear can’t catch a break!
Two months after she was arrested for allegedly battering a police officer and an EMT, the troubled actress will be charged with three misdemeanors: two assault/battery charges, and resisting arrest, RadarOnline.com can confirm.
A source told RadarOnline.com the prosecutor will file an amended complaint today with both of Locklear’s recent arrests included, and a hearing is scheduled this afternoon. There will now be eight charges in the case.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Melrose Place star, 56, was arrested on June 24 for punching a cop in the chest and stomach, and kicking an ambulance staffer.
The star was “extremely intoxicated” during the incident, cops told RadarOnline.com.
In her first incident in February, she was also arrested for allegedly battering an officer. No pleaded not guilty to the charges.
After the latest arrest, she was quickly rushed to treatment, and currently remains in long-term care for her substance abuse and mental issues.
However, she has remained active on social media.
