Heather Locklear was so out of control before she was rushed to the hospital for psychiatric treatment, a source claims she physically attacked her parents, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Her mother, who later called 911 on Sunday, June 17, and her father “tried to help her, but she in turn choked her mom and hit her dad,” the source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

A separate source told RadarOnline.com that Heather spun out of control after she believed her fiancé Chris Heisser cheated on her.

The Ventura County Police Department told RadarOnline.com they responded to a medical call, and did not arrest Locklear for any criminal activity.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, officials responded to Locklear’s Thousand Oaks home, where she proved to be a “threat” to herself and others.

According to the dispatch call, the 56-year-old actress was “violent” and “agitated,” and threatened to shoot herself.

Locklear’s attorney and parents and did not respond to RadarOnline.com’s immediate request for comment.

The former Melrose Place star has been accused of violence in the recent past. She was arrested for hitting a police officer and Heisser in February, and quickly checked into rehab.

She was released in May, and has plead not guilty to the charges.
