Hayden’s New Man Admits He ‘Hijacks’ Her Credit Card After He Was Sued For Debt

Hayden Panettiere’s new boyfriend is money hungry – and RadarOnline.com has learned it’s the actress’s money he’s after!

In a shocking new confession to his Instagram story, Brian Hickerson, 34, admitted that when Panettiere is sleeping, he steals her credit card to pay for things he wants!

“When my girlfriend is sleeping, I hijack the credit card and buy cool shit like that,” Hickerson said in the video above, showing off a new basketball hoop.

“Basketball time!” he added, before shooting the ball and horribly missing.

Hickerson’s confession might be troubling for Panettiere, who does not appear anywhere in the video. As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, Hickerson was slapped with a lawsuit from a credit card company for failing to pay his bills.

On March 8, 2018, Bank of Travelers Rest filed a complaint claiming he owes upwards of $13,000. A court clerk in Greenville County, South Carolina confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Thursday that Hickerson has still "not satisfied" his debt and owes the full amount.

RadarOnline.com also revealed that Hickerson rakes in a significantly less salary than the Nashville star. According to a 2013 credit card application, Hickerson claimed he was self-employed as a Director of Operations at Hickerson Property, with an annual gross income of $48,000.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Panettiere split from her husband, Wladimir Kitschko after nine years together. The two share one daughter, Kaya.
