Hayden Panettiere should watch out because her new hunky man is dealing with serious financial issues, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Panettiere's new boyfriend, Brian Hickerson, owes thousands of dollars to a credit card company for failing to pay his bills.

On March 8, 2018 Bank of Travelers Rest filed a complaint against Panettiere's boyfriend, claiming he owes upwards of $13,000.

"There is now due and owing to Plaintiff on Exhibit A the sum of $12,302.01 plus interest from February 26, 2018," the complaint stated.

The shocking court documents also showed that Hickerson has raked in significantly less money than the Nashville star.

According to his 2013 credit card application, Hickerson claimed he was self-employed as a Director of Operations of Hickerson Property, with an annual gross income of $48,000.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Panettiere split from her husband, Wladimir Klitschko after nine years together.

The actress was spotted for the first time with Hickerson last week in Los Angeles.

Panettiere's mom, Lesley Vogel, confirmed news of her broken marriage to RadarOnline.com, admitting the star is currently enduring "a lot of changes" in her life.

According to a court clerk in South Carolina, where the lawsuit against Hickerson was filed, the aspiring actor has yet to pay off his hefty bills. The bank claimed in March that the debt is "immediately due and payable," the complaint stated.
