Indiana Jones To The Rescue! Harrison Ford Saves Woman In Car Highway Drama
It was Indiana Jones to the rescue this weekend.
Screen legend Harrison Ford, 75, leapt to help a woman after her car flew off the highway and down a steep embankment.
The drama unfolded late Sunday morning in Santa Paula, where a woman who was driving east on California State Route 126 accidentally drove her car off the road.
Quick witted Ford, who was driving behind her, pulled-over before scrambling down the grassy verge to help rescue her.
The 'Star Wars' veteran managed to get her out of the car before paramedics arrived on the scene to treat her injuries.
Fortunately, she was not badly injured thanks to her A-List responder.
This is not the first time the action-hero has been involved in real life drama.
Earlier this year he was caught directing traffic in NYC after his car got trapped entering a Midtown tunnel.
And back in February Ford mistakenly landed his private plane on a taxiway at John Wayne Airport in Orange County.
