A fourth woman has now come forward to file an official complaint with the LAPD accusing Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick of rape or sexual assault, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Haley Camille Freedman, a fashion stylist, calls the actor a “violent sexual predator” in a report filed with the L.A.P.D. and claims Westwick repeatedly raped her and held her captive for two days at his Hollywood mansion.

Freedman, 23, met with detectives on Wednesday to issue a formal complaint. The former art director of the Instagram-based fashion magazine Kat & Bare says the alleged encounter happened at a Hollywood party in 2014.

“Westwick displayed an immediate attraction to Freedman, flirting with her openly,” court documents say. The two ended up at Westwick's home, where they proceeded to have what began as “consensual sexual intercourse.”

“However, during their first intercourse, Westwick became violent and aggressive, demanding that Freedman strangle him or slap his face and when Freedman declined, putting his hands around her neck and slapping her and strangling her against her will,” the documents state.

She claims Westwick also asked Freedman to spit on him during sex. When she refused, he spat on her.

Westwick, 30, already faces accusations of sexual assault from three other women, including Rachel Eck, who as a 23-year-old executive assistant alleged the star “sexually assaulted” her at a 2014 party in West Hollywood.

That same year, two other women, Kristina Cohen and Aurélie Wynn, were allegedly raped by the actor.

A rep for Westwick would only call the claims “unverified and provably untrue.”
