George Michael’s Burial Plot Spotted Being Prepped For His Funeral
George Michael will finally be laid to rest after his family received answers three months after his death, RadarOnline.com has learned.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the late singer will be buried alongside his mom at Highgate Cemetery in North London.
Eyewitnesses near the area have noticed his mother’s grave being spruced up after it was left unattended and overgrown for some time. Since Michael’s autopsy results were released, the area has suddenly been cleared and pots of yellow daffodils were seen being dropped off.
The Wham! superstar’s family is planning to hold the memorial service close to Mother’s Day. Michael’s sister, Melanie, has been in charge of making all the arrangements, while his dad, Kuriaco, 75, finalizes a private Greek-Orthodox service just for family.
“George would always make a big deal out of Mother’s Day,” the insider told the Sunday People. “He loved her so much and he would spend a lot of time talking to her there.
