Farrah Abraham admitted to experimenting with cocaine in her memoir My Teenage Dream Ended, but the Teen Mom OG star isn’t the only family member to abuse drugs. Abraham’s father Michael exclusively revealed to RadarOnline.com that he was once addicted to cocaine.

“I had an extremely bad addiction problem in my 20s. It was a cocaine addiction,” Michael told RadarOnline.com. “I had relapsed and I went to rehab.”

Michael explained how he overcame his addiction and even mentored others with substance abuse issues.

Michael’s ex-wife Debra Danielsen blamed his drug use on their divorce after 24 years of marriage.

“The big problem in our relationship was that Michael felt disconnected from me because I refused to take illegal drugs that he enjoyed taking,” she wrote in her book Vapor, which will be released on January 30.

Although Danielsen insisted he abused drugs during their marriage, Michael claimed, “None of it was when I was married to Debra.”

Michael is working on a tell-all book of his own, where he will discuss “the good, the bad and the ugly.”

“It’s going to go back to 16 and Pregnant to our lives before Teen Mom,” he said. “It’s going to talk about how crazy it was when Farrah got pregnant.”

In his daughter Farrah’s book, she revealed she used cocaine three months after her daughter Sophia’s birth. She blamed the drug use on the stress of motherhood and losing her baby daddy Derek Underwood when he was killed in a car accident.

“I started crying about Derek to some guy I was kind of into, and everything I had been holding down for months came spewing out of my like vomit,” Farrah wrote. “The next morning I woke up looking and feeling like a mess, and my nose hurt from the coke.”

She added, “I’m not proud of this episode, but it was a good wake up call for me.”
