Sir Elton John is in deep water after canceling his Orlando show this Tuesday — 30 minutes after it was scheduled to begin!

"We're sorry to announce that due to an ear infection, Elton John is unable to perform tonight," Amway Center shared on Twitter, almost two hours after the venue filled up with anxious fans and concertgoers.

The center explained that the concert would be rescheduled due to the fact that the 71-year-old singer sudden illness — but enraged fans didn't buy it.

"Sir Elton John I think the way that your show was cancelled tonight in Orlando was pitiful! You let all your fans including me pay for parking, hotels, babysitters, drinks, merchandise then sit and wait for 25 min after it was to begin to cancel. Pitiful," one angry fan tweeted.

"Are you going to refund us or provide gift cards/ credit for all we spent on parking, merchandise, food, and drinks in the 2 hours you left the doors open with this information?! So disgusted with the way Amway Center handled this," wrote another.

RadarOnline.com readers know the Florida concert was part of Elton John's Farewell Yellow Brick Road three-year tour, which will be his last. For that reason, many fans who went out of their way to attend the event were extremely disappointed with his cancellation, especially because they will likely never get to see him live.

"Girls, Elton John just cancelled his show in Orlando," a sad user tweeted adding a crying and broken-hearted emoji. "It was the first time I was gonna see him bye."

"I like how u waited til everyone spent their money on concessions b4 making the announcement. And if he was really in the building, he couldn't come out & apologize to the 15,000 fans waiting for him? Already contacted Ticketmaster for a refund. I will NEVER return to this arena!" another social media user wrote, slamming the venue for their lack of professionalism.

Others even suggested that Elton John's team had planned to cancel all along and waited until the last minute to announce it so that concertgoers would just spend more money.

"Just be honest we were there, he was not! You milked the crowd for food and merchandise! He was eating snickers at the Ritz!" tweeted a fan.

"Aaaaand just like that, Elton John cancelled his concert tonight, due to an ear infection. Couldn't we be notified before we entered, ate and sat down in the arena," added another.

"But no problem selling food, drinks, & merch for two hours prior to the announcement. Not an MD, but fairly certain ear infections so brutal that a performer can't go on don't pop up right at showtime. This evening was a disgrace. @eltonofficial & @AmwayCenter should be ashamed," wrote yet another angry concertgoer.

While some fans even went as far as to accuse Elton John of faking his illness, the singer also postponed his November 28 show in Tampa.

Fans will reportedly be refunded.
