Tonya Harding, Adam Rippon & More: Controversial ‘DWTS’ Cast Finally Revealed

The Dancing With The Stars cast has finally been revealed — and RadarOnline.com has learned this may be the most controversial season ever!
According to Good Morning America, Tonya Harding and Adam Rippon are among the A-listers that will join Dancing with the Stars: Athletes for its upcoming season.
The notorious ice skater will be paired with pro dancer and newlywed Sasha Farber. He appearance on DWTS comes as a surprise to fans who know her longtime nemesis, Nancy Kerrigan, competed on season 24 of the show and placed sixth!
While Harding, 47, will likely face backlash for her appearance and performances following her infamous feud with Kerrigan, 48, a source told PEOPLE that the network chose to cast her because “Tonya gets ratings. God knows, she gets ratings.”
Though she’s been out of the limelight for years since her ice skating retirement, her new film I, Tonya brought her back into the Hollywood spotlight by telling her own side of the story.
In the upcoming season of DWTS, Harding will be joined by openly gay figure skating Olympian Adam Rippon, 28, and his partner, Jenna Johnson. Other couples will include: Mirai Nagasu with Alan Bersten, Jamie Anderson with Artem Chigvintsev, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar with Lindsay Arnold, Arike Ogunbowale with Gleb Savchenko, Chris Mazdzer with Witney Carson, Jennie Finch Daigle with Keo Motsepe, Johnny Damon with Emma Slater and Josh Norman with Sharna Burgess.
