Leaving TV? Duggar Kids In Need Of Time Off During ‘Counting On’ Filming
Feb. 25 2019, Updated 11:50 a.m. ET
The Duggar kids are growing tired of filming the family’s reality show, Counting On, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
According to a source close to the family, the Duggar kids have been on television for so long that they are in need of a break from the cameras.
“The kids just don’t want to be in front of the cameras 24/7,” the Duggar insider revealed.
Counting On is the spin-off of the Duggar family’s former show, 19 Kids and Counting, which was ultimately pulled from the air following Josh Duggar’s child molestation scandal.
The show features Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo, Jana Duggar, John David Duggar, Joy Anna and Austin Forsyth, Joseph and Kendra Duggar and Josiah Duggar.
The source revealed that the Duggars do not film year-round because they can’t handle it!
“They have a big break in between filming to carry on with their lives,” the source explained.
One reason is so that they have time to enter courtships, the insider said.
“John David kept his relationship quiet and hidden so he could enjoy time without press,” the source explained.
But will they ever give up reality television? The source tells RadarOnline.com that the kids will still continue to film their show as long at they can – because it’s one of the family’s big money makers, of course!
“They will keep doing the show for a while,” said the insider.
