American President Donald Trump has arrived in Singapore to try and make history.

After sparking a fight with G7 members and Canadian President Justin Trudeau, Trump is going to try and broker peace with Kim Jong-un.

Despite his critics the US President has declared that has been preparing for this meeting 'all his life' as he tries to create history.

Trump says he anticipates the summit in Singapore, that starts on Tuesday morning, to be the first of many that leads to a deal over nuclear weapons.

On Monday he meets with Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong, as he prepares for the massive diplomatic challenge.

If he is successful in his negotiations then President Trump has claimed that he should win the Nobel Peace Prize.
