Caught On Camera! See The Moment Cops Busted Parents At House Of Horrors
RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive footage that shows cops in Perris, Calif., busting the depraved parents who held their 13 children captive in inhumane and sickening conditions.
Officers can be seen leading the Turpins — David, 57, and Louise, 49 — out in the surveillance footage, shot from a neighbor’s home on Jan. 15.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the monster parents were arrested on charges of torture and child endangerment after their 17-year-old daughter escaped through one of the house’s windows and called 911 for help on a phone she had managed to pilfer.
The brave teen told dispatchers about her 12 siblings — ages 2 through 29 — who were in the home, some shackled with chains and severely malnourished.
Neighbors of the family were shocked to learn of the horrors happening behind the Turpins’ closed doors.
“To be honest I didn’t know these people,” Roberto Gomez — who lived directly behind the Turpin house — revealed, noting in the three years he had lived in the neighborhood he “never noticed” the Turpins even had children.

“I didn’t see anything,” he said. “The rest of the neighbors never saw anything. I work in my backyard — I never heard any noises, I didn’t see any kids. Nothing.”
Kimberly Milligan, 50, a neighbor who lives in the house opposite the Turpins, told RadarOnline.com, “They were very, very pale. They were cult-ish, all about their isolated world. It was weird.”
Louise and David Turpin are currently being held on $9 million bail each.
