Lisa Vanderpump might have not had the highest score on Dancing with the Stars Monday night, but the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star showed her strong will in taking the floor despite suffering from flu symptoms so severe she passed out in rehearsals.
Host Tom Bergeron teased whether or not Lisa would be able to do her routine with partner Gleb Savchenko, saying, “She sat out rehearsal.
"She’s getting some rest right now. We’ll leave it up to her whether she’s going to dance tonight.”
Lisa eventually trudged on, dancing a cha cha cha to Kool & the Gang's Celebration that didn't impress the judges -- they all gave her six points apiece, putting her in a last-place tie with boxer Victor Ortiz Monday -- but did earn her kudos for her intestinal fortitude.
"You've been feeling poorly and come out and given it your best shot," Len Goodman told her. "For what you've been through, you did a very good job."
A diplomatic Bruno Tonioli told the restaurateur, "What you did, you did well."

"It's been a tough few days," Lisa said. "It's not how many times you fall, it's how many times you get up that's important."
We'll see if viewers empathize with Lisa when Dancing with the Stars returns Tuesday at 9/8c on ABC.
