Cuba Gooding Jr. Investigated By NYPD For Allegedly Groping Woman In NYC Nightclub

The New York City Police Department has opened an investigation into claims actor Cuba Gooding Jr. groped a woman at a New York City nightclub, RadarOnline.com can confirm.

"There's been an allegation and we are investigating it," a spokesperson for the NYPD told RadarOnline.com.

The boozy incident allegedly took place at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar & Lounge located in Midtown Manhattan.

According to Page Six, a 30-year-old woman accused Gooding of grabbing her breast while they were talking around 9 p.m.

She then got into a verbal altercation with the 51-year-old star, resulting in security having to break them up.

One eyewitness told RadarOnline.com the actor seemed "extremely intoxicated" and had been at the rooftop lounge for hours.

Social media posts also showed Gooding having a good time with clubgoers.

In one Instagram video posted by fan Claudia Leite from Brazil, Gooding yells into the camera and makes kissy faces.

In another Instagram post, Gooding can be seen grabbing a microphone, singing along, and dancing wildly.

The case has been referred to the NYPD Special Victims Division, with possible charges of forcible touching pending.

This isn't the first time the actor has been in hot water for inappropriately touching a woman. In 2017, he was caught lifting up Sarah Paulson's skirt.
