Courtney Stodden's Mom Threatens Legal Action Over 'Damaging' Reality Show Edit

This season on Mother Daughter Experiment, Courtney Stodden has been relentless in her claims that her mother was trying to seduce her husband. Now, however, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Krista Keller is considering taking legal action against the show and the network for that storyline!

In a sneak peek for the upcoming episode of Mother Daughter Experiment, Stodden accuses her mother of luring a teenage boy over to their house under the guise of visiting her daughter in order to flirt with him.

A source close to Keller told RadarOnline.com that she "is denying the defamatory 'Mother Daughter Experiment' trailer about the next episode of the show airing now."

The source told RadarOnline.com that Keller, who owns Krista Keller Management, is "consulting with her lawyers and her public relations company Edward Lozzi, about what action to take regarding this unfortunate defamatory trailer/ad for the show."

In the clip, Stodden, the teen bride who shot to fame when she was 16 and married Doug Hutchison, who was 54 at the time, accuses her mother of the tawdry actions. Keller is seen nodding and then talking about her unhappiness in her own marriage in the video. But the insider said that's not how it happened.

"The trailer is edited in ways that are untruthful, defamatory and damaging," the source told RadarOnline.com.

Kim Richards rips into Keller in the preview, while Natalie Nunn takes offense over Stodden's defense of her husband in the clip.

However, the source told RadarOnline.com that Stodden's mother is irate about the show's manipulation of the situation.

"Krista feels that the show has taken a very low road to promote their production at her expense."
