Cops Swarm Cher’s Malibu House To Serve Search Warrant At $14 Million-Mega Mansion

Cops swarmed Cher’s $14 million Malibu mega-mansion on Thursday to serve a search warrant at the singer’s home RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

Sgt. Eric Buschow, the spokesman for Ventura County Sheriff’s Office gave RadarOnline.com the details of the police activity.

“Our detectives are serving a search warrant at Cher’s residence at the 25000 block of Pacific Coast Highway,” he explained.

“The warrant is NOT related to Cher, but someone living in the residence other than Cher,” Sgt. Buschow told RadarOnline.com. “My understanding is that it is her house but she is not the target of the search warrant. Our detectives just got on scene.”

Garo Kuredjian, Capt. Ventura County Sheriff's told RadarOnline.com: “A subject was arrested today. A 23-year-old male named Donovan Ruiz. He is still there now. Detectives are still there now. His arrest is related to a overdose death that occurred in mid September 2018. The investigation is regarding that death. There is a link between that death and Donovan Ruiz. He lives at that house."

One of Cher’s neighbors told RadarOnline.com about the frightening scene.

“Yeah the ambulance was at my house too waiting,” the fellow Malibu resident told RadarOnline.com.

“My friend passed by and saw all of these cars and trucks at her house, and asked if I was okay. So I was like 'what?' so I went down my driveway and saw a fireman's truck and they just told me 'You don't mind if we wait in front of your house do you, we are just waiting for a call?’”

The neighbor said they gave the authorities permission to wait at their home.

“I didn't ask any questions,” the neighbor told RadarOnline.com. “But I'm obviously very worried and they said ‘You don't mind if we wait in your driveway for a little bit?’ But there were are a lot of cars in front of her house.”

The neighbor told RadarOnline.com they wished Cher well.

“I hope she's okay. I'm a little alarmed. We aren't very close, but we are neighbors and very cordial doing neighbor stuff. I haven't seen her in a few months. I don't know if she is in town or not."
