Full House! Chelsea Houska Buys 5 Bedroom Home In South Dakota For $418,000

Chelsea Houska welcomed daughter Layne with husband Cole DeBoer in August – and she did so in her new home! The Teen Mom 2 star bought a stunning $418,000 house in South Dakota in July, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to Trulia, Houska, 27, bought the home for $418,000 on July 13, 2018. She got the house for a good deal, as it was on the market for $435,000.

The 1,966 sqft home, which was built in 2007, features five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a three-car garage.

The home is perfect for Houska's pet pig Pete, dogs and chickens, as it is six acres! If Houska plans on getting horses, the home includes an automatic waterer and shelters for horses.

It appears the home has been renovated, as the wood cabinets have been swapped out for white ones. The tile floor was also replaced with hardwood floors.

RadarOnline.com broke in August that Houska sold her home, which has been featured on the show.

"They bought and already moved into a new one," a source told RadarOnline.com. "They really wanted a house with more room and acreage for animals in the country.

Houska purchased the home for $228,000 in March 2014. It was on the market and sold for $280,000 on October 15, 2018.

Houska is mother to daughter Aubree, 9, with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind. She shares son Watson, 1, and newborn daughter Layne with husband DeBoer. She told fans over social media that she wants one or two more children.
