“They bought and already moved into a new one,” a source close to Houska, 26, told RadarOnline.com. “They really wanted a house with more room and acreage for animals in the country.”
The move comes before Houska gives birth to her daughter with husband Cole DeBoer. The couple shares son Watson, 1. She is also mother to Aubree, 8, with ex-boyfriend Adam Lind.
The Hartford, South Dakota home is on the market for $280,000. Houska purchased the home for $228,000 in March 2014.
The single-family home, which was built in 1996, boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
“Country living at its finest,” a Trulia description for the home read. “Moved on to its current foundation in 1996, you can enjoy every modern convenience, but have the look and country feel of a beautiful old farm house... And it's only 5 minutes west of Sioux Falls.”
The newest updates to the home include new flooring, fresh paint, new counter tops, stainless steel appliances and a backsplash in the kitchen.
“The main garage is oversized (22x30) and the lower level drive-out garage is extra long (21x29),” the description continued. “Enjoy the eastern sunrise from the brand new deck in the morning and the western sunsets on the covered front porch in the evenings.”
