Charlie Sheen is battling the Internal Revenue Service over a $5.8 million debt.
The Blast website is reporting that Sheen, 53, is having a financial meltdown.
He claims that they have issued him with a massive gigantic lien and did not allow him a payment plan.
The former "Two and a Half Men" star petitioned the U.S. Tax Court to re-consider his outstanding balance in taxes.
The IRS filed a tax lien against him for $4.9 million which is now $5.7 million.
Sheen claims IRS commissioner, John Koskinen, is abusing his power by refusing to grant him an installment payment agreement and has also had a hearing into his debts.
Sheen claims an official at the hearing lied and claimed the star had failed to pay his current taxes, but says he was indeed current.
The father-of-five says he cannot conduct his business affairs with the tax cloud hanging over him and that's why he filed his petition.
