Banged Up! Charlie CAUGHT With Mysterious Bandages On His Wrist & Knee

Charlie Sheen is worse for the wear! The HIV-positive actor was caught out in LA all covered in bandages, and RadarOnline.com has the details.

The bandaged actor, whom RadarOnline.com revealed has been diagnosed as HIV positive, recently went through a series of unsuccessful medical treatments in Mexico that resulted in his HIV status worsening before he sought better care.

Sheen was shopping for new clothes in the tony beach town, but he's faced financial issues over the past few months.

The actor has even resorted to having sex in a virtual reality sex-bot machine a spy told RadarOnline.com. "It's lifelike-looking and flesh-colored. Charlie says that the latex exterior feels like skin," said the source. "He needs it because he can't get laid!"

Once the highest paid actor on TV, Sheen is facing IRS scrutiny for his lavish spending on hookers and drug orgies. "Charlie is being audited by the IRS and could owe as much as $7 million in taxes," a well-placed source told The National ENQUIRER.

The broke actor has finally cut off the women he was paying to keep his HIV status a secret, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed. "Since he's stopped paying, Charlie and his lawyers have been forced back into mediation sessions" with several of the women, the insider claimed. "Those who made claims against him are desperately attempting to have the payments reinstated."

Sheen may be facing a criminal probe about exposing his unwitting lovers to HIV by having unprotected sex with them and not informing them about his status.

A top law enforcement source told RadarOnline.com, "Charlie's admission that he didn't tell partners about his HIV has the DA chomping at the bit" to launch a "criminal investigation."

Sheen, 50, was all banged up in Malibu, California, on August 5, 2016. He was wearing a bandage on his right wrist and another on his left knee.
