Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, suffered "incapacitating injuries" after driving off a highway in Orlando and flipping his car over the holiday weekend, RadarOnline.com has learned.
According to a Florida Highway Patrol report, George was driving his wife's Toyota 4Runner on Interstate 4 on Saturday, when he suddenly ran off the road and lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll several times and cross three lanes of the highway before finally stopping on the median.
Anthony told cops he did not remember what happened before the crash, causing people to believe he may have suffered from an unspecified medical issue, according to the Orlando Sentinel.
The officer who responded to the crash described George's injuries as "incapacitating," and Casey's dad was taken to a nearby hospital.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, George Anthony has had a strained relationship with his daughter, since she was acquitted of murder in 2011 for the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee.
During her trial, Casey's lawyers portrayed George as a monster, and the rejected parent was so distraught that he even tried to kill himself after learning of the tragedy.
While he's learned to live with his horrific family past, George recently told reporters that he feels his troubled daughter "shouldn't be alive."
"She doesn't need to exist anymore as far as I'm concerned," George Anthony said of Casey Anthony on The Dr. Oz Show.
