The A-list couple have been fighting over custody of their six children, Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12 and 10-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox since their bitter split in 2016.

The hearing that will take place in December will be in front of a temporary judge, not in open court. Judge John Ouderkirk, a retired temporary judge, has been overseeing the custody issue, and both Jolie and Pitt and Brad have agreed to keep Ouderkirk on the case until June 30, 2019, according to the affidavit.

The documents also stated that the Mr. and Mrs. Smith co-stars would equally pay for the Temporary Judge who would be overseeing the case. “Each party shall advance one half of the cost of the Temporary Judge’s services,” the court records revealed.

Pitt and Jolie reportedly reached an “interim custody arrangement,” at the end of the summer but now they’re headed to court!
