Emeline Miller, 19 months, was at a neighbor’s home with her pregnant mother, Morgan Beck, when she was found in the pool.

The Report states at 6:29: “Water is coming out of baby mouth,” and “INF STS baby still isn’t breathing.”
After EMTS arrive at 6:37 “CPR still in progress,” and at 6:41pm the toddler was “transported to Mission Hospital.”

The OC Sheriff’s Office declined to release the audio from the 9-1-1 call, telling RadarOnline.com: “The family of Emeline Miller has a right to privacy in the report and audio and video recordings. We believe the public disclosure of the casualty report or any audio and video recordings would be highly offensive and insensitive to the family.”
The grieving parents released a statement about their child’s tragic death.
“We are beyond devastated. Our baby girl, Emmy, passed away yesterday. Never in a million years did we think we would experience a pain like this. Her love, her light, her spirit will never be forgotten. Our little girl loved life and lived it to its fullest everyday. Our family respectfully requests privacy during this painful time.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, police will be conducting interviews to determine whether there was any criminal activity in the toddler’s sudden passing. However, an officer at the Orange County Sheriff’s Department told RadarOnline.com the department believes it was just a horrific accident.
“We’re pretty sure it was an accident,” said Public Information Officer Carrie Braun. “There’s no criminal investigation into this case at all. There is currently an open death investigation.”
