Bobbi Kristina's Ex Nick Gordon Still NOT Off The Hook For No Contact Order Violation

Bobbi Kristina's ex Nick Gordon is still not off the hook for his March arrest, where he allegedly visited his girlfriend against a judge's orders.

A court clerk confirmed to RadarOnline.com on Wednesday that Gordon was scheduled to appear in court on Tuesday, June 5 but did not show up. His attorney appeared on his behalf instead.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, the court has now continued the case to a hearing set for July – and if Gordon does not appear, he will have to pay up.

"Your appearance on the following day is MANDATORY and your failure to appear will result in forfeiture of bond," the court documents stated.

On Tuesday, the court granted Gordon's attorney's request to continue with the waiver of a speedy trial.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Gordon was arrested twice in March for domestic-related incidents. On March 10, Gordon was arrested and charged with battery for allegedly beating up Leal. The court, however, dropped the charges.

At the time, a Floria judge placed a no contact order against Gordon, meaning he was banned from contacting Leal. On March 19, Gordon was placed in handcuffs a second time after an anonymous caller tipped off police that the couple was together.

He now faces the charge of violation of condition of pretrial release.

In March, Gordon admitted to RadarOnline.com that he believes he has "a target on his back."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the late Bobbi Kristina's father, Bobby Brown, has spoken out about Gordon's alleged criminal behavior.

"I want him in jail where somebody can rape him!" Brown told Rolling Stone earlier this year.

Gordon is now scheduled to appear in Florida court on July 2.
