Blake Shelton & Gwen Stefani On 'The Voice' In 1st Broadcast As Couple
Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani had their first broadcast of The Voice as a couple on Monday for the show's Live Playoffs, and the chemistry was sizzling.
On the broadcast, Shelton, 39, made sly allusions to his romance with the No Doubt beauty, at one point praising Stefani, 46, for her team's success over the squad led by their castmate and pal, Adam Levine, after her contestant Viktor Kiraly's solid set.

"It's fun to see Gwen whip the crap out of Adam tonight — it makes me so happy," the country music hunk joked. "Team Gwen is whipping the crap out of Team Adam tonight." (Levine answered back at Shelton with friendly jabbing.)

In another instance of Shelton putting Stefani on a pedestal, he referred to the "Rich Girl" singer in discussing a new look sported by her contestant, Korin Bukowski, at her suggestion.

"I think the last time you cut somebody's hair on the show, Gwen ... they won! And I ended up with the person," Shelton said, referring to season 7 singer Craig Wayne Boyd.
The on-camera sizzle comes after the musical mega-stars emerged as a couple at an after-party following last week's Country Music Awards after confirming their blooming romance.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, producers are urging the couple to amp up the on-screen romance and have even contemplated making structural changes on the program to enable such sparks to fly.
"Production is discussing whether or not they should now move their seats on the judging row so that they sit next to each other," sources told Radar. "The executives are even hinting to them that, when it gets to battle round, they should play it up for the cameras so that they purposely steal each other's eliminated contestants."
Producers have even devised a strategy should the new couple part ways, sources told Radar.
Shelton and Stefani had been "very supportive of each other" and "quietly" keeping company in the wake of their respective summertime splits from exes Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert, sources told Radar.
