Legal Bombshell: Blac Refuses To Settle Bitter Battle & Rob’s Horror Continues

Blac Chyna was prepared for a tough legal fight with Rob Kardashian, and she's refusing to back down in their ongoing bitter battle, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“Chyna is really not interested in settling any of her court cases,” an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Kardashian and his baby mama have been duking it out over their canceled Rob & Chyna show, his revenge-porn rant and his allegations that she physically assaulted him while on drugs.

But as the lawsuits fly between Blac, Kardashian and his mom and sisters, the source told RadarOnline.com that the former stripper is not trying to cash in on Kardashian's reality show wealth.

It is not about the money," explained the source. "It is about the principle."

“She just wants to fight Rob and his family as hard as she can because they were so awful to her. They tried to destroy her life but she isn’t afraid of them and she isn’t going to let them win.”

As RadarOnline.com reported, Blac obtained a restraining order against Kardashian after he posted naked photos and video of her online, and he fired back with a lawsuit claiming that she tried to choke him with a phone cord during a wild night of drinking and doing drugs.

As the cases made their way through the court system, Kardashian seemed to come out ahead, but the source told RadarOnline.com that Blac has more fight left in her.

“Blac is going ahead with her own show. She wants Rob to pay his fair share for Dream and she wants him to know he can’t f**k with her. That’s all.”
