Rob’s revenge!
Kardashian’s baby mama Blac Chyna got slammed in another round of her nasty legal battle against him, his family and the production company she's blaming for canceling her reality show. RadarOnline.com has exclusive details about her latest lawsuit skirmish.
The production company behind Keeping Up With Kardashian and the hit spin off Rob & Chyna fired back at her request for a massive amount of documents in their case, asking a judge to limit what they have to turn over to her.
The documents obtained by RadarOnline.com had the production company, Bunim-Murray, slamming her “outrageous abuse of the discovery system.”
Bunim-Murray claimed Chyna’s legal team asked for 185,000 documents that “could take a team of three lawyers, working up to 40 hours a week for nearly 6 months, or nearly 21 weeks,” the court papers obtained by RadarOnline.com stated.
They asked the judge for “a protective order limiting the scope of defendant Angela White/aka Blac Chyna’s overly broad document requests is necessary to prevent undue burden and expense upon third party Bunim Murray productions and to narrow the scope of the documents requests’ overbreadth.”
Bunim Murray ripped into Chyna, calling her attorneys attempts to obtain documents “an unfocused and scattershot fishing expedition unrelated to the instant case in an attempt to obtain evidence for defendants case against Mr. Kardashian and members of his family.”
As RadarOnline.com previously revealed, Chyna filed a lawsuit against Rob and his mother, Kris Jenner, and sister, Kim Kardashian, blaming them for intentionally killing Rob & Chyna out of spite after she filed a revenge porn lawsuit against him.
The new lawsuit documents called out Chyna’s “oppressive nature,” of the attempts to obtain documents from the production company in their case. Bunim-Murray asked the judge to order Chyna to pay their whopping $12,807.40 legal bill!
