Another Blow! Bill Cosby Ruled 'Sexually Violent Predator' By Judge Ahead Of Sentencing
UPDATE: The judge has reconsidered his decision after a board member who evaluated Cosby admitted to using information outside the case in his decision. Arguments are ongoing, and a final decision will be made regarding his "sexually violent predator" status before the end of the day in court.
Bill Cosby appeared in court for his sentencing, marking the first court appearance since he was found guilty by a jury on all three felony counts of aggravated indecent assault for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand — and he immediately faced some shocking news.
Judge Steven T. O'Neill upheld the state experts' conclusion that the convicted comic, 81, is a "sexually violent predator" early Monday morning, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

"The purpose of this law is not to shame defendants," the prosecutor stated in court. "They're in place to shield the community from danger – it's for protection of the public," noting it's an important factor in keeping "children" safe from dangerous predators.
