9021-Oh Hell No! Ian Ziering's Nightmare Neighbor Habits Exposed
Ian Ziering’s neighbors are barking mad at the BH90210 actor’s refusal to train his extremely noisy dogs – and RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive audio of his canines wreaking havoc in his posh Hollywood Hills neighborhood at all hours of the night.
In the shocking clip above, the actor’s three dogs are overheard persistently barking close to midnight. An angry neighbor who wished to remain anonymous claimed to RadarOnline.com that Ian and his wife Erin leave their dogs outside unattended most nights, resulting in the dogs barking for “hours on end” into the early morning hours.
“I moved into the neighborhood five years ago, and Ian and Erin had one dog that never stopped barking,” the frustrated resident claimed to RadarOnline.com. “They now have three, and through the years various people have complained to them. They just deny it’s their dogs and never apologize.”
“It is now at a point where he doesn’t take them in at night,” the neighbor said. “They’re barking all night long. I am regularly woken up at 2 a.m. in the morning. I cannot sleep. My nerves are just shot.”
The Hollywood Hills resident added that the dogs aren’t the ones to blame. Neighbors’ attempts to alleviate the situation with the Zierings in person has resulted in alleged explosive outbursts by the television star.
“In March or April, Ian flipped his lid at one neighbor and was a complete a**hole,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. “He was completely unapologetic and said, ‘It’s my property, I can do what I want with it. If you don’t like it, I know a good realtor. I’m not going anywhere.’”
Ian also has yelled at residents on his street to “file a complaint” with animal services. RadarOnline.com obtained a document proving that at least one complaint about the Zierings’ dogs has already been filed with Los Angeles Animal Services this month. The department refused to comment on the matter.
In addition to the inability to sleep throughout the night, the Ziering neighborhood snitch told RadarOnline.com that “many” residents are growing “concerned” for the health and safety of the Hollywood couple’s three dogs.

“I actually blame the owner,” said the resident, adding it’s “not the dogs’ fault.”
“We live in a wooded area so there’s lots of animals around. So if they’re left in the dark and they hear something, they’re obviously going to bark,” the resident continued.
The angry neighbor added that it doesn’t help that Ian and Erin are “never” spotted caring for their dogs.
“Ian doesn’t walk them! He just lets them out on his property and they just wreak havoc. Everyone can see his property. We’re on a cul-de-sac road. No one walks these dogs,” the onlooker added.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the 55-year-old actor is currently cast in the highly-anticipated Beverly Hills, 90210 reboot, which aired earlier this month.
Despite the reported high-paying gig, the television actor apparently has refused to take up his neighbor’s suggestions of minimizing the late-night barking.
“Neighbors have suggested Ian and Erin get a trainer, invest in a bark collar, citronella spray, the list goes on,” said the insider. “He completely ignored all suggestions.”
Time will tell if the Hollywood actor’s canine shenanigans will be resolved if and when animal services gets involved.
