Bethenny Frankel is finally speaking out after the tragic death of her on-and-off boyfriend Dennis Shields.
In a touching Instagram post this Monday, the Real Housewives of New York star shared a photo of the businessman lying in bed next to her beloved dog, Cookie, who recently passed away as well.
"Rest In Peace my sweet babies who gave me endless unconditional love. #nowandforever," Frankel, 47, wrote in the caption.
Frankel's message came hours after the star attended Shields' funeral in New York this morning.
RadarOnline.com readers know Shields, 51, was pronounced dead last Friday after allegedly overdosing on prescription pills inside his Trump Tower apartment.
