Bethenny Frankel’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Dennis Shields has died, can report.

"Yes, a male was found dead at Trump Tower today,” The New York Police Department's Detective Mason confirmed to Radar.

"A 51-year old male was found unconscious and unresponsive. He was pronounced deceased on the scene by the EMS."

"At 9:19 this morning we got a call for a medical episode...and the patient was DOA," a New York Fire Department spokesperson told Radar.

The businessman overdosed on prescription pills, according to The New York Post.

He reportedly asked his assistant to administer Narcan, which treats opiate overdoses, when he realized he was in danger. But allegedly, it was too late.

His passing comes just two months after he came close to death when a fire broke out in the luxury apartment building.

An insider told Radar that Frankel, 47, and Shields were broken up at the time of his death.

A separate source close to Frankel exclusively told Radar that her friends were stunned by the tragic news.

“It’s so shocking!” said the source.

The source added that Frankel has never liked drugs or people who use them.

“Bethenny can’t tolerate drugs, she doesn’t even like people that drink too much. She’s a total control freak and would never allow herself to be high or out of control. The thought of her being with a guy who abused prescription drugs is very strange,” said the source.

"She has little empathy for anyone on drugs, and would never be around people who were high."

Shields and Frankel had been dating on and off since 2016.

The RHONY star has yet to speak out about the tragic incident.
