Help Wanted! Bethenny Frankel Seeks New Full-Time Assistant
It’s hard to find good help! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Bethenny Frankel is hunting for a new assistant who meets her long list of requirements — including being able to organize her wardrobe and daily outfits and juggle her dog’s busy schedule!
Frankel is anonymously conducting the secret search for just the right person, revealing only that she is a high-profile individual.
“A dynamic and flexible personal assistant is needed to provide support between an office and home,” states Frankel’s job description, obtained by RadarOnline.com.
“The ideal candidate must be pro-active, problem solver, able to operate in a high-speed environment, adaptable to change. You will be responsible for a large array of personal tasks, including errands, personal shopping, packing, schedule management, along with household and staff management, and dealing with vendors.”
While the Real Housewives of New York City star is based in Manhattan, “you should be able to travel to the second home in the Hamptons as needed,” reads Frankel’s wanted ad. “The schedule will be full-time Monday through Friday, however hours may vary depending on needs of the home.”
Frankel, 47, also provided a helpful long list for jobseekers who were still uncertain if they fit the bill for the demanding gig.
Some key qualifications include having “a confident personality with a positive outlook,” and an ability to enjoy “a fast pace environment where no two days are the same.”
Of course, working for a Housewife can be hard, so it helps to have a “tough skin and eagerness to succeed.”

Frankel also hopes to hire someone with a “good sense of style,” a person who “loves dogs,” has a “familiarity with kids,” can assist “with wardrobe and daily outfits,” and “manages the dogs schedule, medical, training, boarding & walks with help from the nanny.”
Frankel isn’t the only Housewife looking for help right now. As RadarOnline.com recently reported, Luann De Lesseps, who just got out of rehab, is also looking for a personal assistant, but one who is sober.
“She is telling all applicants in the first interview that drinking and substance abuse of any kind will not be tolerated, especially when on the clock,” a source told previously RadarOnline.com. “She also said that she would love a gay man who has a clean record.”
