Ben Affleck & Jennifer Garner Officially Single After Nasty Divorce Battle
Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are officially single!
A judgement was entered yesterday at the Los Angeles Superior Court docket, RadarOnline.com can confirm, which means the Hollywood actors have finally reached a settlement in and the divorce was not contested by either party.
This also means their marital status has now changed to “single.”
Though the parents-of-three may still have some final details to resolve — such as properties and assets — the two can breathe easy at last.
RadarOnline.com readers know Garner, 46, and Affleck, 46, announced their split in 2015, after the actor was caught cheating with their children’s young nanny. Ever since it’s been a constant drama between the two as they’ve tried to keep their kids’ lives as normal as possible despite Affleck’s alcohol addiction troubles and relationship woes.
Garner is now reportedly dating businessman John Miller, while Affleck is fresh out of his recent fling with 22-year-old Playboy model Shauna Sexton.
