Cold Feet? Ben & Jen's Divorce May Be Off If They Don’t Finalize Soon!

If Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner are serious about splitting up, they better get a move on it!

The estranged couple's pending divorce is about to be thrown out entirely, if they don’t stop dragging their feet about the separation, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

Bennifer were recently advised by the L.A. Superior Court that their case has not been completed because the final judgement has not been filed and entered.

“This is your third notice of case review,” the document states. “If you fail to take the appropriate steps in your case, the Court may dismiss your case for delay in prosecution.”

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Affleck 45, and Garner, 46, originally filed to end their 10-year marriage back in 2016. But since then, the two have not been shy about spending an increasing amount of time together and with their family, even though Affleck has already moved on with SNL producer Lindsay Shookus.

Garner has even been spotted helping Affleck through his multiple rehab visits and was helping the flabby Batman star lose his growing gut.

Sources close to the couple tell The Blast, who first broke the story, that the divorce is close to being wrapped up, and the final settlement is expected soon, but it’s not clear why they have delayed pulling the final trigger.
