In court papers obtained from Circuit Court of Greene County in Missouri, The Wotten Company filed a petition to have Harbor, 30, and his brother Cory evicted from their home on July 20, 2010.
“The defendants do have a signed rental agreement for the premises providing that defendants pay $462 per month on the leased premises,” court papers read. “The defendants are in arrears and there is now due an unpaid rent in the amount of $146.25.”
According to the signed lease agreement, the defendants are also responsible for late charges, interest and reasonable attorney fees.
The plaintiff dismissed the case without prejudice on July 27, 2010.
Reality Steve was the first to report that Harbor will appear on the upcoming season of The Bachelorette. Harbor is currently an NFL free agent tight end.
