When a social worker contacted Terry about Jones' condition, he "did not want Smith to have possession of his car key because he did not like Smith."

"Upon arriving to the hospital, Smith engaged in a loud threatening argument with Ashley's father, Adam Jones and other Jones family members," the report read. "The Jones family felt Smith was the cause of Ashley being in the hospital. Smith and Adam continued to yell threats of physical harm towards each other."

Smith, then 18, yelled to Adam, "That's her f**king drug addicted daddy, he's high as f**k right now."

Smith was asked to leave the hospital and was escorted off the property because of his "aggressive behavior" towards the Jones family.

Smith then began to "yell profanities" at officers. Police later witnessed Smith walking onto hospital property to charge his cell phone.

"I immediately arrested Smith, placed him in handcuffs and searched him for weapons," the report read. "Smith did not have identification on him and refused to give me his name, instead he laughed and gave me several false names."

He then yelled at the officer, "You b***h a** cop! Take that gun and badge off and I'll beat your b***h a***!"

While in the rear of the patrol car, Smith manipulated the handcuffs to the front of his body and tapped the cuffs on the window. Smith moved the cuffs to the front two more times after officers readjusted them.

"I saw Smith reaching down to his left shoe with his left hand and tried to retrieve something from the shoe," the report read. "Smith's left shoe came off of his foot and I saw a small clear plastic bag containing two opaque gelatin capsules with an off-white substance…. I recognized the off white substance inside the gelatin capsules to be methamphetamine"

A field test confirmed the officer's suspicion.

While at the jail, Smith complained of head pain and said he was "slammed on the head by the police when he was handcuffed."

He was transported to the hospital, where he then complained of a sore left ankle and finger pain instead of head pain. He was cleared at the hospital.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Smith served five days in jail. He pled no contest. He was ordered to stay at least 100 yards from the Children's Hospital in Oakland, where it is believed he trespassed, unless medically necessary. A deferred entry of judgment was granted for six months if no new arrests. He was also placed on three years probation.

Jones and Smith share daughter Holly together. They are currently engaged and are set to marry on September 29, 2019.

On Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, Smith became temporarily estranged from Jones' family because of an altercation that turned physical.

Jones accused Smith of "beating" her during an explosive Instagram live fight in May.

Although no physical fighting was captured on camera, she screamed, "Don't touch me! Get off of me. Don't put your hands on me Bar."
