Bachelor season seven winner Catherine Giudici Lowe is not taking any chances when it comes to her children. This Monday, the beauty took to Instagram to share a story about 2-year-old son Samuel's terrifying pool accident, and the precautions she's taken ever since.
"One week after Isaiah was born, Samuel mistakenly walked into the deep end of his grandparents' pool and it was possibly the scariest moment of my life," wrote the mother of two, 32.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Catherine and Bachelor husband Sean Lowe, 34, welcomed their second child, son Isaiah Hendrix, on May 18 of this year.
"Sean and I were watching his every move so we acted quickly to get him out (I was much more traumatized than he was), but we immediately put him into swim lessons and made sure he always has floaties on," she explained.
Along with an adorable photo of Samuel in his swimming trunks, Catherine wrote: "Today was his LAST DAY of swim lessons and now he can swim to the side like a champ! I'm so proud of this big guy even though he cried through almost every single class."
On her Instagram, the stunner regularly shares snaps of her and her brood enjoying family time at the beach or pool—so Sam's swimming lessons will certainly come in handy!
Radar readers know that children's pool accidents have become more common in the past few years and are actually the biggest killer of young kids in the U.S. Just last month, Olympic skier Bode Miller lost his baby daughter after she drowned inside a neighbor's pool.
