RadarOnline.com learned exclusively Gwyneth Paltrow and new rumored hubby Brad Falchuk are actively exploring the adoption process.

“She’s keen to forge her own life with Brad and he’s all for this, too," spilled a source.

The happy couple considered IVF but changed their mind.

"They thought seriously about the surrogate option but adoption is looking more likely now because Gwyn’s heard such positive experiences from friends who have been through the same experience — including Charlize Theron and Sandra Bullock, to name a couple.

Aside from planning for a baby, sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively the couple are making lots of other commitments right now, like putting homes and assets in both their names. "They’re also planning to open a production company together,” revealed the pal.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the duo threw a big A-list studded “engagement” party in April, but rumors flew that it was actually their wedding!  Jennifer Aniston, Julia Roberts, Demi Moore, and other famous pals showed up for the black tie event honoring the union of the Goop goddess, 45, and her producer beau, 47.
