Artie Lange's Sentencing Postponed! Troubled Comedian Remains In The Hospital

Artie Lange's sentencing has been postponed as the comedian remains in the hospital following emergency surgery, RadarOnline.com can exclusively confirm.

The 50-year-old comedian was expected to be present in New Jersey court this morning, but the date has been pushed back again while he continues treatment for a nasal infection.

The former Stern Show sidekick's lawyer, Frank Arleo, told RadarOnline.com that the hearing has been adjourned, and no new date has been scheduled yet.

Lange has been suffering from multiple health issues. Last summer, Lange was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery to his chest after he collapsed during a stand-up performance in Chicago. He also is struggling with type two diabetes.

The comic's current legal troubles began In March of 2017, when police found him with a bag of heroin and cocaine. He was arrested on three charges of drug possession, and arrested again later that year for skipping multiple court appearances.

He faces up to seven years in prison.
