Ariana Slams Pete! Grande Rips Thirsty Ex Davidson After 'SNL' Video

Serious shade!

Ariana Grande had an epic clapback shortly after Pete Davidson joked about their breakup in a Saturday Night Live promo clip.

The 25-year-old singer sent a cryptic tweet, writing: “for somebody who claims to hate relevancy u sure love clinging to it huh.”

Then Grande, 25, retweeted a message with the SNL video of Davidson talking about their broken engagement.

Davidson appeared in the promo video with Jonah Hill and 24-year-old singer Maggie Rogers.

“Hey Maggie, I’m Pete, you wanna get married?”

Davidson, 24, asked Rogers, who was the musical guest on the upcoming SNL.

“No,” she told him and Davidson said: “O for 3,” referencing his breakup with Grande - and his other failed relationships.

Grande was done with Davidson, sources previously told RadarOnline.com.

“She had to tell him straight up to leave her alone. He has tried contacting her and sending her gifts in hopes that she will change her mind and take him back, but that is not going to happen,” a friend of Grande’s told RadarOnline.com.

When she is done with something she is done with it and Ariana is now focusing on her career and family,” the pal told RadarOnline.com, adding that her entire family is “relieved” that Davidson is dunzo!

“She had no idea how much everyone in her family didn’t like him until she broke it off and was like ‘why didn’t you all tell me when we were together?’ But ultimately they just wanted to see her happy.”
